2020 has been a hectic year thus far, and I hope everyone is healthy. If you are here, I assume that you are an enthusiast in investing, trading or both; or maybe you are simply passing by, in which case I hope the snippets of information that we post will captivate you as it did us.

This website was started with the intent of discussing the math behind extracting value from the financial markets, market movements and stock picks. Just to clarify, we most definitely are not here to produce junk like ‘5 Stock Picks that Will Make You Rich’. No.

The Wealth Wonka serves to document the thought process behind our decisions and to break down the math and models behind the market hype and noise. The goal of the authors is to achieve mastery over investment and trading and to share it with our readers. To that end, we are aiming to cover many topics that are explored in the field today, be it different instruments, models, even mining for financial data if it comes down to it. As such, I hope that this will be a great learning experience for you… as it will be for us.

We will be posting as often as our schedule permits us (which is projected at 3-4 posts per fortnight as of now). In addition, we are planning a virtual portfolio for the blog where we can further break down and analyse our stock picks and trades soon.
